He represents clients ranging from start-ups to large, multi-national corporations, across industry sectors including software, information technology, medical devices, life sciences, cannabis/hemp and consumer products.
As part of his daily practice, Mark counsels clients on an array of issues including entity formation, restructuring, corporate governance, manufacturing and distribution arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. He has considerable experience in intellectual property driven transactions, and in the development, clearance, protection and enforcement of intellectual property both within the United States and in foreign jurisdictions. Mark also routinely advises clients regarding the commercialization of technology and intellectual property, including in connection with development, licensing, service and joint venture agreements.
